Description

You will develop and optimize database logic and ETL processes within an Oracle environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop database objects including packages, procedures, functions, and Oracle user-defined types.
• Build end-to-end ETL jobs and manage database partitions and DBMS jobs.
• Collaborate with UI teams to integrate data using cursors, XML, and JSON.
• Perform SQL and PL/SQL tuning to resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Analyze, trace, and debug data to fix complex performance issues.

Required Skills

• 10 to 12 years of total professional experience.
• Expertise in PL/SQL and SQL development.
• Proficiency with Oracle database development and tuning.
• Experience working with XML and JSON data formats.
• Strong data analysis and debugging skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems.
• Experience in the Oil and Gas industry.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Oracle Exadata.
• Experience with Python, including pandas, requests, and database connection libraries.
• Knowledge of MemSQL, No-SQL databases, and Big Data technologies.
