You will design and develop data solutions within a large-scale financial data warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ETL processes and technical solutions to address complex business requirements.
• Collaborate with business partners, architects, and product owners to document designs and propose new technology adoption.
• Lead technical deliveries by partnering with nearshore and offshore teams in a matrixed environment.
• Identify application improvement areas and implement technical solutions to resolve real-time production issues.
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to defined process quality standards and governing principles.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience as a developer.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle and Exadata.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with ETL development and processing concepts.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing and Dimensional Data Modeling.
• Proven experience handling large data volumes and performance tuning.
• Ability to design systems with minimal direction or guidance.
• Experience working within large financial organizations.
• Strong analytical, logical, and technical writing skills.
