Description

You will develop and maintain database logic and technical workflows within the full software development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Generate technical designs by leveraging functional requirement documents and design specifications.
• Develop, unit test, and deploy code for modules according to project standards.
• Document current state technical workflows and design end-to-end strategic workflows.
• Lead the preparation and coordination of integration and user acceptance testing.
• Manage build and deploy activities across multiple applications to resolve issues pragmatically.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL, including procedures, functions, cursors, and complex SQL queries.
• Expertise in SQL performance tuning using Explain Plan, indexes, hints, and joins.
• Hands-on experience with data warehousing, including tables, synonyms, views, and global temporary tables.
• Proficiency in ETL processes using UNIX shell scripting, SQL, PL/SQL, and SQL Loader.
• Deep knowledge of table partitions, sub-partitions, materialized views, and the UTL_FILE package.
• Experience with bulk collect, bulk bind operators, collections, and exception handling.
• Ability to use external tables, ctl files, and manage various data file delimiters.
• Strong understanding of OLAP/OLTP environments and analytical functions.
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Mathematical Finance, Accounting, or Math.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud services (Azure, GCP), GitHub, CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile tools.
