Description

You will provide L3 production support for core payment processing infrastructure in an investment banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve P1 through P4 incidents by performing root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes.
• Analyze user requests to define feasibility, write functional specifications, and translate logical solutions into technical requirements.
• Execute testing strategies, including functional tests, to validate application design.
• Utilize query tools for data analysis, quality confirmation, and technical investigation.
• Track project issues, escalate as needed, and keep stakeholders informed of progress.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SQL coding and development.
• Proven experience in L3 production support.
• Hands-on experience with Swift payment messaging.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and query tools.
• Ability to write clear functional and technical specifications.
• Experience managing and resolving incident lifecycles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to UNIX environments.
• Knowledge of compliance programs such as OFAC and AML.
