Description

You will provide production support and technical implementation for clinical data systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on PL/SQL development and Unix scripting to support data processes.
• Manage security objects including programs, load sets, table descriptors, and user account assignments.
• Troubleshoot system issues by reviewing job logs, backlogs, and opening vendor service requests.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions for clinical data warehousing and regulatory reporting.
• Support concurrent activities and adapt to changing priorities within a regulated environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in PL/SQL and Unix Scripting.
• Proven experience in production support roles.
• Knowledge of security implementation involving Groups, Roles, Adapters, and database account creation.
• Technical understanding of Clinical Data Warehousing and regulatory submission requirements.
• Experience working within regulated environments such as GxP.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and reconciling technical problems.
• Ability to interact with business clients to understand processes and technical requirements.
• Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Life Science Hub (LSH) and the life sciences domain.
