Description

You will manage and optimize Oracle database environments to support insurance data standards and ETL processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot Oracle data sets related to MA CAR, TICO, and ISO standards.
• Develop, analyze, and refactor PL/SQL scripts for ETL data workflows.
• Create mapping documents from pseudo code and analyze them against current PL/SQL code in Oracle ATP and ADW.
• Build and manage dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance teams to translate data requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst within the insurance domain.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL scripts and database management systems.
• Strong knowledge of MA CAR, TICO, and ISO standards.
• Experience working with Oracle ATP and Oracle ADW databases.
• Ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Statistics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) modules including Performance Hub and ASH Analytics.
