Description

You will design, develop, and optimize Oracle database solutions using PL/SQL.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement relational database structures, including tables, indexes, and sequences.
• Develop triggers, packages, functions, and stored procedures to enforce business rules.
• Analyze SQL queries using execution plans and optimize performance bottlenecks.
• Monitor and fine-tune batch processes, implementing strategies like partitioning.
• Execute database scripts and manage routine operations using the Command Line Interface.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as an Oracle developer (10g/11g).
• Expert-level proficiency in PL/SQL programming, including cursors, exception handling, and bulk operations.
• Strong command of SQL for complex data manipulation and querying.
• Experience designing and optimizing database objects (tables, indexes, sequences).
• Familiarity with Automatic Workload Repository (AWR) and Database Diagnostic and Repair Manager (DDRM) reports.
• Proven ability to write optimized, reusable stored procedures for high-volume transactions.
• Experience in tuning SQL queries based on execution plans.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with developers, DBAs, and business analysts.
