Description

You will own day-to-day production support for live applications, ensuring minimal downtime through rapid incident resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot production issues by analyzing PL/SQL code, queries, and database performance.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor application and database health to ensure system stability and performance.
• Coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to validate fixes and support deployments.
• Maintain documentation for incidents, known issues, and resolutions to support knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in PL/SQL development and production support environments.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting database-related issues in live systems.
• Strong understanding of Oracle databases and related tools.
• Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions under pressure.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
