Description

Lead technical initiatives and manage offshore teams within the Cards and Payments domain. Optimize application flows and resolve complex issues through direct client engagement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and manage offshore development teams.
• Collaborate with architects to optimize application flows and system design.
• Conduct research and analysis to resolve complex technical issues.
• Communicate technical requirements directly with clients and business stakeholders.
• Provide weekend support as required by business needs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in the Cards or Payments domain.
• Direct knowledge of the Payments Settlement Process.
• Hands-on expertise with PL/SQL development and optimization.
• Hands-on expertise with Python scripting and development.
• Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities for problem-solving.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for client interaction.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing technical input to senior architects.
• Proven track record of managing distributed teams.
