Description

You will manage plumbing projects from initial estimate through completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plumbing work valued from $5K up to $5 million.
• Manage the project according to a fixed schedule, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Conduct site surveys to confirm actual project conditions.
• Understand and manage the change order process, creating and obtaining necessary documentation.
• Interface with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure scope adherence.

Required Skills

• Possess 10 years of experience as a super or foreman.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems and estimating practices.
• Ability to read estimates and manage crews to complete plumbing work.
• Strong communication skills for client meetings and stakeholder interaction.
• Experience managing subcontractor relationships effectively.
• Ability to ensure plumbers and mechanics arrive on job sites punctually.
