Description

You will manage plumbing projects from initial estimate through completion, overseeing work valued from $5K to $5 million.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects according to a fixed schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
• Conduct site surveys to confirm actual project conditions before execution.
• Manage the change order process, creating and obtaining necessary documentation.
• Interface with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure scope adherence.
• Ensure plumbers and mechanics arrive on job sites punctually.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience as a supervisor or foreman.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems and estimating practices.
• Ability to read estimates and manage crews to complete plumbing work.
• Strong communication skills for client meetings and stakeholder interaction.
• Experience managing subcontractor relationships effectively.
