You will lead product development for leverage finance, risk management, and integration services.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development features within the leverage finance and risk management domains.
• Direct the team to ensure all delivery timelines are met.
• Communicate product roadmaps and status updates to senior stakeholders.
• Manage project planning and team direction to achieve delivery goals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the BFS domain.
• Strong functional understanding of Leverage Finance.
• Experience in the secondary trading domain.
• Hands-on experience with Loan IQ.
• Proven ability in Team Management.
• Expertise in Project Planning.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Working exposure to nCino.
