Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Power Platform solutions across retail, healthcare, education, and manufacturing sectors.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead developers, analysts, testers, and consultants through the full project lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to define project scope, objectives, and alignment with stakeholder vision.
• Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables using Microsoft Project.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and support activities to ensure solution adoption.
• Monitor project progress and quality using metrics to ensure timely delivery of outcomes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Experience deploying Power Virtual Agents chatbots.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project for planning and scheduling.
• Proven track record of managing the full project lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams of developers and consultants.
• Experience in requirements analysis and stakeholder management.
