Description

You manage digital healthcare software and product development projects, acting as both Project Manager and Scrum Master. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform project estimation, planning, monitoring, tracking, and status reporting across the full lifecycle.
• Conduct Scrum ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and derive effective mitigation plans.
• Elicit requirements and technical inputs from subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Mentor team members, negotiate goals, and manage dependencies and escalations.

Required Skills

• 9-15 years of overall IT industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years in project management, release, and delivery responsibility.
• Minimum 3 years in a Scrum Master role.
• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodology and ability to adapt to changing technology requirements.
• Mandatory experience in Healthcare, Medical, Digital, or Cloud-based projects.
• Experience estimating efforts using multiple techniques.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex issues to stakeholders with clear recommendations.

Preferred Skills

• MBA degree.
