Description

Own end-to-end cybersecurity remediation projects, integrating security controls into the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines while managing cross-functional delivery across engineering, DevOps, and GRC teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical project management for vulnerability remediation, misconfiguration fixes, and control gap closures.
• Integrate security control objectives into SDLC and CI/CD release pipelines, ensuring automated tests and quality gates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Security, and Audit to remove blockers and escalate risks.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards tracking remediation SLAs, defect escape rates, and control effectiveness for leadership.
• Translate cyber requirements into actionable workstreams, acceptance criteria, and test plans aligned with NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of technical project or program management experience in an enterprise environment.
• Practical experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and DevOps/CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with JIRA and ServiceNow for ticketing and orchestration.
• Experience with GRC or vulnerability management platforms: Archer, Tenable, Qualys, or Rapid7.
• Hands-on understanding of security vulnerabilities, remediation processes, and mitigation patterns.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to run technical working groups and Agile ceremonies.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools: Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
• Knowledge of security frameworks: NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001, or CIS Controls.
