Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain PMO documentation including plans, trackers, meeting notes, and governance artifacts.
• Support strategic portfolio management by tracking initiatives, milestones, and performance against agreed targets.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to report portfolio status, progress, and key metrics for stakeholders.
• Analyze finance-related inputs to support reporting, forecasting, and performance reviews for initiatives.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely updates to Jira and reporting artifacts, maintaining data accuracy.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in PMO functions, project governance, portfolio reporting, and documentation management.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for project and portfolio oversight.
• Experience analyzing financial data, budgets, forecasts, and project cost performance.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking, reporting, and data management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
• Experience using Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools for data visualization and reporting.
• Ability to consolidate, analyze, and present complex information to senior stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within BFSI environments and understanding of portfolio governance practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications in PMO, Project Management, Agile, or Business Intelligence are advantageous.
• 6-10 years of experience in PMO, program reporting, portfolio management, governance, or project coordination roles.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Information Technology, or a related field
