Description

You maintain PMO governance, portfolio tracking, and financial reporting for the BFSI division.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain PMO documentation, including plans, trackers, meeting notes, and governance artifacts.
• Support strategic portfolio management by tracking initiatives, milestones, and performance against targets.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to report portfolio status and key metrics.
• Analyze finance-related inputs to support reporting, forecasting, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely updates to Jira and reporting artifacts, maintaining data accuracy.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in PMO, program reporting, portfolio management, or project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking, reporting, and data management.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools for data visualization.
• Experience analyzing financial data, budgets, forecasts, and project cost performance.
• Ability to consolidate and present complex information to senior stakeholders.
• Experience working within BFSI environments and understanding of portfolio governance.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications in PMO, Project Management, Agile, or Business Intelligence.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or Information Technology.
