Description

You will support project managers in maintaining schedules, tracking progress, and updating project plans while ensuring governance and compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide visibility on status, risks, and issues.
• Ensure project governance and compliance with project management, application support, cybersecurity, and procurement standards.
• Track resource allocation and availability to ensure project teams have necessary support.
• Identify project risks, track mitigation actions, and support teams in risk management efforts.
• Maintain project documentation, assist in developing technical artifacts, and support communication with executive stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or PMO roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with project management software including MS Project, Jira, and Asana.
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends, risks, and performance indicators.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification or other project management certifications.
