Description

Act as the offshore representative for the Implementation team, managing environment delivery and customer onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Trigger environment delivery communications to customers and manage access to required portals and training applications.
• Coordinate with Development and Onsite Implementation teams to finalize environment delivery timelines.
• Distribute weekly status updates regarding project deliverables to the broader team.
• Gather technical requirements for third-party integrations during customer onboarding.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and propose workflow improvements to the Development team.

Required Skills

• 3-6 years of experience in a PMO role.
• Strong project management and business process re-engineering skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to multitask across different projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of SQL Server.
• Knowledge of the US Healthcare Industry.
