Description

You will own the project management office analytics and reporting functions, supporting senior leadership with data-driven insights.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create management dashboards and report on KPIs to improve service delivery and reduce costs.
• Develop real-time visibility and predictive forecasts to support fact-based decision-making.
• Set up automated alerts and thresholds for data anomalies and performance trends.
• Analyze resource utilization across the portfolio to identify under or over-allocation.
• Support the development of Steering Committee and Executive Council presentations.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of senior PMO experience.
• 5 years of project management experience.
• Expert proficiency in MS Excel, including Advanced Excel and VBA.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience using Power BI and Tableau for data visualization.
• Strong analytical skills to track KPIs and extract trends from freeform data.
• Practitioner-level knowledge of formal portfolio or project management methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Background in manufacturing or construction industries.
• Ability to assess current state processes and define future state business solutions.
