Description

You will provide governance oversight for a large portfolio of technology deliverables.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Advise and guide delivery leads and change coordinators on change management policy and standards.
• Perform permit oversight, inline QA interpretation, and documentation reviews for quality.
• Provide portfolio health guidance through quality commentary and data quality defect remediation.
• Deliver change management training and metrics reporting.
• Work with change practitioners to remediate identified defects or issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in PMO or governance roles.
• Proficiency with Agile tools, specifically Jira.
• Experience in data quality defect remediation and quality commentary.
• Ability to deliver change management training.
• Strong communication skills for interacting across and up the organization.
• Proven ability to adhere to strict deadlines and SLAs.
• Experience guiding and advising others in small and large group settings.

Preferred Skills

• Technology background and experience as a Delivery Lead or Scrum Master.
• Change management experience within a financial institution.
