Description

Support large-scale enterprise transformation programs by coordinating with leadership, tracking risks, and managing governance forums.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with regional leadership to support US-based and EMEA-based Internal Consulting Directors.
• Partner with Project Managers to collect workstream status reports and extract key themes, issues, and areas of focus for program review.
• Align with implementation partners on shared agendas, messaging, and issue triage.
• Manage program risk, issue, and decision (RID) logs by ensuring all items are identified, documented, and visible.
• Track progress of remediation and mitigation plans, escalating to leadership when necessary and facilitating resolution of cross-workstream risks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in PM or PMO capacities.
• Direct experience working on large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of financial services environments.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Atlassian JIRA.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to drive progress through efficient use of governance forums.
• Highly organized and proactive approach to program delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Business Analyst (BA) experience.
• Knowledge of Investment Management.
