You will lead project management office operations and coordinate project lifecycles.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all project documentation with strict version control.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables to provide regular updates.
- Coordinate resources, logistics, and procurement required for project execution.
- Identify risks and assist in resolving issues to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate communication among team members and review deliverables for quality standards.
Required Skills
- 5-8 years of experience in Project Coordination, Administration, or a similar role.
- Practical experience working within Scrum and Agile frameworks.
- Proficiency with project management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
- Any Graduate degree.
- Ability to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur on a contract basis.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies.
