Description

You will lead the PMO function to align technology projects with organizational strategy and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the PMO function in collaboration with the CTO to ensure project alignment with overall strategy.
• Oversee project commitments, including schedules, budgets, and the delivery of milestones and success criteria.
• Direct and hold outside IT vendor partners accountable for delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
• Build, lead, coach, and develop the PMO team.
• Define PMO standards, policies, and best practices to drive project quality and facilitate resource planning with technology and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of business experience in Information Technology.
• 3+ years of technology management experience, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Proven experience in IT project management and business analysis.
• Background in enterprise-scale technology implementations.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of PMO frameworks and methodologies.
• Expertise in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a closely related field.
