Description

You will manage PMO operational activities and support the Head of IT PMO in reporting performance to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning activities including yearly planning, defining objectives, and establishing key results.
• Own communication efforts by reporting performance metrics to stakeholders at all levels, including middle management and executives.
• Oversee the implementation of the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework within the PMO.
• Translate PMO activities into actionable insights to demonstrate strategic partnerships between IT and business units.
• Manage stakeholder engagement by articulating business goals and project outcomes across various teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a large organization, preferably in PMO or IT operations.
• Expertise in PMO frameworks, planning, process improvement, and reporting.
• Strong proficiency in OKR methodology and its application to organizational objectives.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder engagement and business alignment.
• Experience communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences and executive leadership.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work autonomously.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
