Description

Lead project management processes and governance within the IT Client Department to ensure portfolio alignment with IT standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and governance processes.
• Develop project dashboards, status reports, and metrics to monitor performance and analyze issues.
• Audit PMO policies and procedures to ensure compliance and identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, PMs, IT leads, and cross-functional teams to resolve delivery issues.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in project management or a PMO role.
• Proficiency in Jira and MS Project.
• Working knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with project governance, compliance, and PMO audits.
• Ability to analyze complex reports and resolve project issues.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in Information Technology or Business Administration.

Preferred Skills

• PMI (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience conducting training sessions and workshops for project management skill development.
