Description

You will provide project management support for the TPL case management system and various PMO initiatives using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, controlling, reporting, and closeout for IT and business projects.
  • Maintain project schedules and budgets based on input from executive management and Subject Matter Experts.
  • Direct stakeholder communications and manage expectations, including shifts in direction from senior leadership.
  • Develop presentations, dashboards, workflows, and user stories.
  • Oversee vendors and deliverables while escalating project issues as required.
  • Lead requirement development and execute testing of requirements.
  • Monitor and manage project risks and issues to keep management informed.

Required Skills

  • 8 years of experience leading Waterfall and Agile projects.
  • Active PMP certification is required.
  • 5 years of advanced experience using MS Project.
  • 5 years of advanced experience using PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and dashboard production.
  • 5 years of advanced knowledge of MS Visio or workflow software.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and leading project teams.
  • Experience working in Medicaid or Managed Care Organizations.
  • Proficiency in planning, execution, controlling, and reporting.
