You will provide project management support for the TPL case management system and various PMO initiatives using Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, controlling, reporting, and closeout for IT and business projects.
- Maintain project schedules and budgets based on input from executive management and Subject Matter Experts.
- Direct stakeholder communications and manage expectations, including shifts in direction from senior leadership.
- Develop presentations, dashboards, workflows, and user stories.
- Oversee vendors and deliverables while escalating project issues as required.
- Lead requirement development and execute testing of requirements.
- Monitor and manage project risks and issues to keep management informed.
Required Skills
- 8 years of experience leading Waterfall and Agile projects.
- Active PMP certification is required.
- 5 years of advanced experience using MS Project.
- 5 years of advanced experience using PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and dashboard production.
- 5 years of advanced knowledge of MS Visio or workflow software.
- Experience managing stakeholders and leading project teams.
- Experience working in Medicaid or Managed Care Organizations.
- Proficiency in planning, execution, controlling, and reporting.
