Description

You will manage project lifecycles and PMO initiatives for the DMAS Project Management Office, supporting the TPL case management system.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, controlling, reporting, and closeout.
• Direct project schedules and budgets using input from executive management and subject matter experts.
• Handle stakeholder communications, expectations, and direction changes from senior leadership.
• Develop presentations, dashboards, workflows, and user stories.
• Oversee vendors, deliverables, and escalation of project issues.

Required Skills

• Active PMP certification.
• 5+ years of experience managing stakeholders and leading project teams.
• Experience leading both Waterfall and Agile projects.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and dashboard production.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Visio or workflow software.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Medicaid or Managed Care Organizations.
