You will manage multiple IT projects within a formal PMO, ensuring strict adherence to schedules and budgets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage COTS software implementation and in-house application development (SDLC) projects from inception to closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Conduct weekly interactions and communications with executive-level stakeholders to report on progress and risks.
• Track project schedule and budget performance, reporting directly to the Project Management Office.
• Apply industry-standard project methodologies to deliver healthcare, Medicaid, or Medicare systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience managing multiple IT projects with executive stakeholder engagement.
• 7+ years of experience in COTS software implementation or in-house application development.
• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining schedules in Microsoft Project.
• 5+ years of experience working with State, Federal, or Local government agencies.
• 4+ years of experience managing software implementation or development projects within a formal PMO.
• 5+ years of experience on IT projects in the Healthcare industry, specifically Medicaid or Medicare systems.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field.
