You will lead large-scale data management and analytics projects from conception through to delivery.
Responsibilities
Gather functional and non-functional requirements for analytics, reporting, and data feeds.
Provide solution options for reporting and data consumption using Guidewire Insurance Suite components including Policy Center, Data Hub, and Info Center.
Advise clients on data integration approaches and CDA Data ingestion patterns from Guidewire Cloud Platform.
Perform data profiling in legacy systems using SQL to understand models and relationships for consolidated database creation.
Map data elements to Guidewire Raw tables and develop specifications to address identified data gaps.
Guide downstream consumers on pulling information from cloud-based EDW and DataHub layers via database queries.
Coordinate with technical teams, BAs, and architects to ensure timely development and defect resolution.
Support testing activities by guiding the development of test scenarios for data flowing into EDW and DataHub.
Required Skills
7+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years focused on data management or analytics.
Expertise in Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban.
Deep understanding of data systems, data analytics, and ETL processes.
Experience with cloud-based environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and profiling.
Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Hands-on use of project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
Knowledge of database technologies including SQL or NoSQL.
Experience with personal line insurance products and insurance company data solutions.
