• Break down project phases into specific tasks and sub-tasks to assign work to team leads and members.
• Create and manage contract management plans, budgets, and operating plans.
• Organize programs and activities to align with long-term organizational goals.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in program management.
• Expertise in developing detailed solutions encompassing technology and staffing.
• Proven ability to manage technical and non-technical IT services.
• Experience creating contract management plans.
• Advanced knowledge of project phase decomposition and task assignment.
• Ability to implement technical, operational, and business programs.
• Compliance with data security policies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with State of Texas government agencies.
