Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives.
• Develop complex solutions integrating process, technology, and staffing plans.
• Construct detailed risk assessments and remediation plans for contract management and technical operations.
• Break down project phases into specific tasks and sub-tasks for team assignment.
• Create and manage contract management plans, budgets, and operating plans.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in program management.
• Expertise in developing detailed solutions encompassing technology and staffing.
• Proven ability to manage technical and non-technical IT services.
• Experience creating contract management plans.
• Advanced knowledge of project phase decomposition and task assignment.
• Ability to implement technical, operational, and business programs.
• Compliance with data security policies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with State of Texas government agencies.
