Description

You will manage predictive waterfall programs while functioning as an Agile Delivery Manager or Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

• Run Scrum sessions and manage workflows using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Execute predictive waterfall program management to ensure projects meet timelines and budget constraints.
• Manage multi-system integrations, specifically involving Salesforce and Banner.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to align project delivery with organizational goals.
• Document project progress and maintain accurate status reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Proven experience managing projects using predictive waterfall methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to function as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or Planner.
• Experience managing multi-system integrations, particularly with Salesforce.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in higher education, healthcare, insurance, or financial services industries.
