Description

You will validate power and performance characteristics across hardware platforms through post-silicon validation and platform bringup.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CPU, GPU, and system architectures to assess power and performance metrics.
• Collect and analyze power and performance data throughout the post-silicon validation lifecycle.
• Perform platform bringup and configure Data Acquisition (DAQ) systems for power measurement.
• Implement scripting to automate validation tasks and measure system performance using benchmark tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in hardware validation.
• Strong understanding of X86 or ARM architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of power and performance features, including low power SoC, C States, P States, Sleep, and Idle states.
• Proficiency in Linux, specifically Ubuntu or embedded Linux.
• Proficiency in Python or C programming.
• Experience running benchmark tools to measure performance.
• Basic knowledge of post-silicon validation data collection.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Data Acquisition (DAQ) hardware configuration.
