Description

You will provide functional and technical support for Poise ERP systems across multiple client environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Support Poise ERP upgrades, system maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Manage functional workflows for Accounting, Payroll, and HR modules.
• Resolve technical issues and provide direct support to end users.
• Execute consulting services for various clients on a project basis.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Poise ERP.
• Hands-on experience with Accounting and Payroll functions.
• Experience managing HR system modules.
• Ability to handle both technical troubleshooting and functional configuration.
• Direct experience in user support and client interaction.
• Strong understanding of ERP system upgrade lifecycles.
