Description

Lead technical strategy and implementation for Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions within cloud landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable Guidewire solution strategies for cloud environments and P&C industry use cases.
• Provide technical oversight and solution architecture for the PolicyCenter tech stack.
• Establish and govern technical standards across the project portfolio.
• Perform diligent code reviews to ensure quality, accuracy, and relevance of team deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members and facilitate their professional development.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter V10.0 or above.
• Professional Guidewire PolicyCenter certification.
• Hands-on experience with Gosu, Guidewire Event and Rules Framework, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Proficiency in Java API management, scriptwriting, and hosting/consuming web services.
• Experience with XML coding and Guidewire Studio toolkits.
• Technical expertise in Guidewire BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and ContactManager.
• Familiarity with build and version control tools including ANT, Maven, ClearCase, SVN, or TFS.
• Experience implementing PolicyCenter for Commercial Insurance.
• Experience with PolicyCenter deployed in self-managed cloud environments.

Preferred Skills

• Proven record of success leading technical project teams within BFSI sectors.
