Description

Develop and maintain web applications and services for the Portals Platform, owning the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement web applications using ReactJS, Java 11, and Spring Boot.
• Build Single Page Applications (SPAs) and RESTful APIs following established platform standards.
• Participate in peer code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration activities.
• Mentor junior developers and stay current with web development tools and trends.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES5/ES6) and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Experience with ReactJS, Webpack, Babel, and Immutable.js.
• Strong working knowledge of Java 11, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
• Experience with Netflix OSS and MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of REST API design and unit testing frameworks.
• Proficiency with Git version control and Maven.
• Experience with UI debugging tools (Chrome DevTools, Firebug).

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring less experienced developers.
• Strong communication skills.
