You will coach organizations through complex portfolio-level Agile transformations.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and Agile Release Train (ART) events to ensure strategic alignment and investment transparency.
- Mentor leaders and stakeholders on Agile operating models, governance, and Lean-Agile principles.
- Lead AgilityHealth maturity assessments, developing and facilitating strategic improvement plans.
- Guide the design and deployment of OKRs for objective performance tracking across the portfolio.
- Champion organizational change by resolving enterprise-level impediments to improve cycle times.
Required Skills
- Active SAFe 6 Practice Consultant (SPC) certification.
- Minimum of 6 years coaching Agile teams with a focus on Portfolio-level transitions.
- 5+ years of experience in Engineering, IT, or related technical fields.
- Demonstrated experience guiding Agile portfolios, managing Lean budgeting, and transitioning regulated environments from Waterfall to Agile.
- Proficiency with enterprise Agile tools, including Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, and AgilityHealth.
- Expert facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel quarterly along the Northeast corridor for PI Planning events.
