Description

You will provide financial and data analysis support for the Cybersecurity Portfolio Management team in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Process requisitions and invoices, ensuring correct coding within procurement systems for management approval.
• Track monthly renewals and periodic payments to meet vendor deadlines.
• Coordinate with finance for month-end close, accruals, reclasses, and monthly forecasts.
• Review monthly cloud and hosting charges, analyze significant changes, and validate against planned changes.
• Assist with budget, headcount, and other data analyses.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or computer science.
• Expert knowledge of MS Excel, specifically pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience with budgeting and procurement processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple management layers and user groups.
• Experience with enterprise business processes and cross-group relationships.
• Ability to present work results concisely.
• Proven capability to work independently on assigned tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Any graduate degree preferred.
