Job Description:
The Vendor Management/ Portfolio Analyst Consultant assists in leading the day-to-day operations of the Office .
The Vendor Management Consultant reports to the Portfolio Manager and collaborates closely with the Portfolio Manager
Key Job Responsibilities
Under the direction and oversight of the Portfolio Manager:
· Supports the day-to-day operations of the Office of the – Vendor and Portfolio Management team
· Coordinates and ensures team SLAs and activities are being addressed appropriately
· Supports the Portfolio Manager by addressing incoming inquiries or issues and escalates as appropriate.
· Supports oversight of vendor contracts and renewals.
· Should have strong vendor management experience
· Supports oversight of legal intake and the legal review process
· Tracks vendor expenses and identifies and highlights anomalies
· Using different data sources demonstrates the ability to create meaningful reporting
· Create PowerPoint decks/presentations for management/executive audience
· Proven ability to interact and communicate with all levels of management, especially leadership
· Ability to identify and develop solutions for continuous process improvement
· Ability to lead, facilitate, and coordinate meetings, as needed and directed by the Portfolio Manager
· Represents in an ethical and business-like professional manner in all interactions with growers, co-workers, suppliers, customers and the business community.
· Other responsibilities, as assigned
Job Requirements:
· 7+ years’ related experience
· Microsoft Excel (Proficiency: Advanced)
· Microsoft PowerPoint (Proficiency: Advanced)
· Microsoft Visio (Proficiency: Intermediate)
· Experience with ServiceNow SPM, ITSM and SAM
· Experience with Project Portfolio Management and ITIL framework
· Strong project management and planning capabilities
· Financial/Business analysis techniques and strong problem-solving abilities
· Excellent written and oral business communications skills
· Strong ability to interface/communicate with all levels of management, especially leadership
· Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and deal with ambiguity
· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Detail-oriented and attention to quality
· Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, SPM, SAM
· ITIL, PMP certification a plus

Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
