Portfolio Manager

You will manage programs and operational efforts for the Office of Infrastructure Technology, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs and activities aligned with strategic direction.
• Assess operational strengths and identify specific areas for improvement.
• Monitor performance goals related to customer satisfaction, quality, and application performance.
• Implement and manage changes for Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives.
• Communicate project issues and service updates transparently to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program management.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Experience managing operational initiatives and performance goals.
• Ability to lead organizational change management (OCM) efforts.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
