Responsibilities

  • Lead programs and activities aligned with strategic direction.

  • Monitor performance goals related to customer satisfaction, quality, and application performance.
  • Implement and manage changes for Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives.
  • Communicate project issues and service updates transparently to stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in team management.
  • Experience managing operational initiatives and performance goals.
  • Ability to lead organizational change management (OCM) efforts.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
