Manage functional areas of portfolio operations within a product-led organization. You will oversee budget governance, capacity management, and estimation processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capital and operating budget governance, capacity management, and estimation processes.
• Lead vendor performance governance and coordinate contract management activities.
• Define scope of work, develop delivery plans, and ensure objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Participate in audits and enforce organizational alignment of portfolio management processes.
• Drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of delivery methodologies.

Required Skills

• 3-7 years of overall professional experience in portfolio or technology operations.
• Proficiency in Accounting principles and Technology Business Management.
• Understanding of SDLC life cycles and delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decisions.
• Ability to report to the BTC and manage conflict effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to lead stakeholders through organizational change.
