Portfolio Program Manager

Oversee portfolio orchestration for Product Change Management, managing the lifecycle of CIPs, Full PDPs, and Lite PDPs. Coordinate Triad gatekeeping to ensure accurate project scope, resource allocation, and timeline alignment. Drive alignment between Business Unit and CSG portfolios while minimizing execution collisions.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly Triad meetings to represent the existing portfolio and enforce commitment adherence.
• Evaluate project overlaps, adjust scopes, and reallocate resources from unfunded initiatives.
• Facilitate maintenance meetings with Project Owners and functional leaders to secure conversion decisions and update schedules.
• Forecast NSR readiness dates and coordinate procurement with DE, NPME, and MPM teams.
• Manage ECO activities and multi-project execution to ensure seamless manufacturing cuts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical project or program management.
• Proven ability to orchestrate complex product change lifecycles from PDP to CIP.
• Experience managing Triad-style governance and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
• Skilled in forecasting NSR readiness and coordinating with Account Teams, BMOs, and GPMs.
• Strong background in managing Project Owners and functional leaders.
• Ability to identify misalignments and facilitate corrective actions in multi-project environments.
• Experience with Product Offering execution and manufacturing cut coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
