Description

Manage retail inventory levels, vendor performance, and POS system support for stores and distribution centers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels for point of sale systems, scanning equipment, digital displays, and back-office servers.
• Manage vendor performance by ensuring compliance with SLAs and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Analyze vendor data and use Excel to track inventory and equipment trends.
• Oversee purchase order creation, invoice processing, and outstanding balance tracking.
• Manage escalations and ticket trends by working directly with store operations teams.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in retail operations, analytics, and customer service.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, specifically using pivot tables to analyze reports.
• Experience with retail store operations and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for front-facing internal stakeholder management.
• Experience managing vendors or overseeing vendor-provided services.
• Ability to manage help desk escalations and track ticket trends.
• Experience with purchase orders and invoice processing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using ServiceNow.
• Experience with ticket tracking systems.
