Description

Lead quality assurance efforts for POS systems within an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of Test Strategies and Test Plans.
• Participate in Sprint planning, backlog refinement, and grooming.
• Develop key deliverables independently and publish them without supervisor review.
• Apply systematic data gathering and statistical analysis to support decision-making.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software QA processes and methodologies.
• Extensive API testing experience using Postman and Swagger.
• Proficiency with JSON and XML messaging.
• Strong experience using JIRA for Scrum management and Test Lead responsibilities.
• Experience with test management tools such as HP Quality Center or ALM.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps via GitLab or Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile/Scrum.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with X-Ray Test Management Tool.
• Familiarity with QTest.
