Description

Manage and maintain PostgreSQL database environments, focusing on incident resolution and capacity planning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve Postgres database incidents across various technologies and platforms.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement technical decisions during high-priority incidents to remediate impact.
• Execute updates, changes, and software deployments during scheduled maintenance windows.
• Monitor capacity issues and contribute to capacity planning processes.
• Review change requests and translate organizational objectives into operational action plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database administration.
• Expert-level troubleshooting of Postgres database incidents.
• Experience with software deployments.
• Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to leadership and incident response teams.
• Any Graduate degree.
