What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of tasks and execute them autonomously from day one.
• Lead end-to-end Oracle to PostgreSQL database and cloud migrations.
• Collaborate with and mentor junior developers, helping them unblock technical hurdles.
• Work in a fast-paced environment on a high-priority, live project.

What We’re Looking For

• Must-Have: Extensive, hands-on experience in migrating databases from Oracle to PostgreSQL and Cloud (this is essential—we need deep migration expertise over pure coding).
• Strong conceptual and practical knowledge of database architecture, performance tuning, and cloud deployment.
• Ability to work effectively in a 50% hybrid model
