Description

Manage and maintain PostgreSQL environments on Linux systems, including installation, upgrades, and incident resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and support PostgreSQL software and related tools on Linux systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents and problems within the PostgreSQL environment.
• Develop and maintain PostgreSQL policies, standards, guidelines, and documentation.
• Act as the technical point of contact to provide solutions to business partners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency with Linux environments.
• Experience with Python and Shell Scripting.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL installation and upgrades.
• Understanding of Agile techniques and DevOps methods.
• Ability to perform solution modernization and architectural engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing technical guidance, training, and research to integrate industry best practices.
