Description

You will manage and maintain PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Oracle database environments, executing administration tasks, upgrade strategies, and migrations while supporting critical systems through 24x7 production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute PostgreSQL and MySQL database administration tasks and implement upgradation strategies.
• Manage Oracle database administration and execute migration strategies.
• Support critical database systems through on-call rotations and 24x7 production support.
• Operate within a global delivery environment and travel within the US as needed.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of PostgreSQL database administration experience.
• 3+ years of MySQL database administration and upgradation experience.
• Experience with Oracle database administration and migration strategies.
• 4+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent, or equivalent progressive experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NoSQL databases including MongoDB and CouchDB.
• Experience with Cloud-based database services such as AWS RDS and Aurora.
• Experience with Database CI/CD integration.
