Description

You will own production database systems, ensuring high availability and performance for Node.js and Java microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design schemas and manage migration tooling using Drizzle Kit or Liquibase.
• Optimize query performance, indexing strategies, and ORM tuning.
• Implement partitioning and connection pooling for high-write-throughput patterns.
• Support append-only audit tables and enforce data integrity.
• Manage replication, failover, and backward-compatible schema evolution.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in production database ownership.
• Deep expertise in PostgreSQL internals.
• Proficiency with MongoDB data modeling, aggregation pipelines, change streams, and sharding strategies.
• Experience with transactional systems and performance troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Node.js and Java microservice architectures.
• Any Graduate
